Plaid Blog is read by very innovative ministry teams
I am “blogging” again about ministry over at the Plaid Blog. The focus will be to provide resources and inspiration to innovative ministry teams. I will pimp Plaid every once and a while; but the focus will be on people serving in ministry.
The odd thing is that very few blogs actually focus on the practice of ministry. There are lots of blogs about church or Christianity. I am finding them and adding them to my RSS reader…

As you may be aware, I have a church-planting focused blog at the URL listed here. While it’s not dedicated to the “how” of ministry, I do throw a lot of that in the mix. As you know, I tend to post about leading, managing, and recruiting volunteers for both technical and non-technical ministries. Like you, I find that there are too many blogs focused on church blogging, what their stage looks like, or how many people showed up last Sunday at their church. There is a much greater need to focus on how to actually minister and lead those giving their time and talent within the church.
Great job on your blogs and Plaid – keep it coming!
